GLOSS/RUB Aqueous Label Coatings

CORKOTE-3149RR-2 is an aqueous work and turn coating formulated for applications on paper or paperboard over wet litho ink on sheetfed presses with a short delivery. This coating maintains a good level of gloss.

CORKOTE-15G was formulated for applications on paper or paperboard over dry sheetfed and web litho inks. It was designed for application with flexographic, gravure, or roll coaters designed for aqueous products and can be used with a short delivery.Ìý

RUB/GLOSS Aqueous Label Coatings

CORKOTE-3149RR-3 is an aqueous work and turn coating formulated for applications on paper or paperboard over wet litho ink on sheetfed presses with a short delivery. This coating maintains a good level of gloss.

CORKOTE-26 provides very good gloss while maintaining good rub resistance for raw or coated paperboard and non-porous substrates. CK-26 can be applied via flexo or gravure.

Heat ResistanceÌýAqueous Label Coatings

CORKOTE-608LW-2 is an aqueous gloss topcoat formulated for applications on paper or paperboard over wet litho ink on sheetfed presses. CK-608LW-2 is specifically chosen for its superior heat and abrasion resistance.

CORKOTE-608LW-3UF has been formulated to be used as a sheetfed overprint varnish for paper and paperboard where extreme high heat resistance and release is required. CORKOTE-608LW-3UF provides excellent protection from heated sealing heads and dies while maintaining a very good gloss level.

CORKOTE-77A has been formulated to be used as a heat resistant topcoat for foil, paper, paperboard, and other non-porous substrates. This product has excellent machineability and sealing die release. It exhibits the high level of heat resistance and flexibility needed in the manufacturing of die cut foil and film lidding. CK-77A is easily embossable and can be applied via flexo, gravure, or rod coater.

Foil/ MET PaperÌýAqueous Label Coatings

CORKOTE-43P-12 was specifically formulated for application on foil and metalized paper. CK-43P-12 exhibits good clarity, is fast drying, and has excellent abrasion resistance. CK-43P-12 is designed to be applied via in-line coater over wet lithographic inks. It can be applied to paper, paperboard and various non-porous substrates.

ÌýOPP/LDPE FilmsÌýAqueous Label Coatings

CORKOTE-4315UF is an aqueous coating best suited for any non-porous substrate including plastic film. It dries very quickly and has excellent Work & Turn capabilities. This coating is also delivers excellent rub resistance. CK-4315UF was formulated for application on paper, paperboard and poly board.

CORKOTE-26LO-2 was formulated as an aqueous gloss acrylic topcoat, while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance at a low COF. CK-26LO-2 can be applied via flexo or gravure to paper, paperboard and various non-porous substrates.
