RECOMMENDED WATER BASED PRIMERS-

CORKOTEâ„¢ 1250 is an aqueous print primer formulated for single side use over wet litho inks. CORKOTEâ„¢ 1250 can be applied as a primer on paper, paperboard and film where ink, coating, or stamp adhesion is needed.

CORKOTEâ„¢ 1251P is an aqueous, one-sided, gloss primer for UV inks, foil stamping adhesion and laminations. CORKOTEâ„¢ 1251P can be applied on paper or paperboard over wet litho ink on sheetfed presses with a short or extended delivery.

CORKOTEâ„¢ 4333-3 is a coating designed for work and turn sheetfed application. It exhibits good gloss, excellent rub resistance and also acts as an excellent primer for UV coatings.

CORKOTEâ„¢ 6999 Primer has been formulated to be used as a print primer for raw foil, metalized paper, paperboard, and various films where extreme high heat resistance is required. This primer provides good water resistance and maintains a high level of clarity and gloss. CORKOTEâ„¢ 6999 Primer can be applied via flexo, gravure or rod coater. It provides an excellent anchor for solvent, UV, and water-based inks.

CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3123 DULL is a Satin aqueous coating formulated as a print primer for applications on non-porous and porous substrates. CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3123 DULL was designed for application with flexographic, gravure, roll coaters or airknife systems designed for aqueous products. This is used for improved laydown and adhesion of flexo UV inks.

CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3121-DF has been formulated to be used as a pre-coat and print primer for paper and various films in the vacuum-metallization process. It enables the adhesion of metal to the substrate. CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3121-DF was designed for application with flexographic, gravure, roll coaters or air knife systems designed for aqueous products.

CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3105 FDA is an aqueous primer used as a pre-coat for paper in the vacuum-metallization process. It enables the adhesion of metal to paper. CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3105 FDA can also be used as a print primer on metalized paper, paperboard, and various films where direct food contact is a requirement. CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3105 FDA can be applied via flexo, gravure, or rod coater.

CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-176E is an aqueous coating formulated as a print for application on non-porous and porous substrates. CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-176E was designed for hydrophilic coater application on a web, as a primer.

CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3121Y is an aqueous coating formulated as an anti-stat print primer for application on non-porous and porous substrates. CORKOTEâ„¢ FP-3121Y is designed for application with flexographic, gravure, roll coaters or airknife systems.
